Position: Compliance Coding Auditor Educator
Organization: Physician Group
Location: Lexington, KY
Duties: Individual will serve as an auditor /educator for this group of physicians. Duties include monitoring quality of coding through audits to ensure performance meets internal and external reporting requirements. Person will research documentation, coding, and billing issues as necessary. Identifying trends and recommending corrective action plans as necessary. Use the information from the audit to help educate the Physicians and staff to better improve their methods.
Experience Desired: CPC, CPMA, CCS (or equivalent related credentials), good training and presentation skills, minimum of 2 years experience in a coding. Previous auditing / education experience would be a plus.

Compliance Coding Auditor
Position: Compliance Coding Auditor-Physician
Organization: Large Physician Group
Location: Raleigh / Durham, NC area
Duties: Individual will serve as a compliance auditor for this large group of multi-specialty physicians. Duties include monitoring quality of coding through audits to ensure performance meets internal and external reporting requirements. Identifying trends in coding compliance while also recommending corrective action plans as necessary.
Experience Desired: CPC or CCS (or equivalent related credentials), good training and presentation skills, minimum of 3 years experience in a coding. Bachelor’s degree. Experience auditing & in compliance would be a plus & the ability to work independently and time management skills are key.
